This recipe is inspired by recipe from Apetit magazine. The combination of pears and nutella seemed interesting, so I tried it out, although with variations. It´s really simple and tasty. The only extra thing you will need is nutella, but you can get it from Tesco for one euro (no propaganda, just recommendation :))
Recipe (baking pan – 33, 5 cm)
400 g nutella/ hazelnut spread
75 g butter
4 eggs
200 g all-purpose flour
½ packet of baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
2 smashed pears
3 peeled and cut to quarters pears
Granulated sugar
Directions:
1. Beat nutella, butter and eggs together using a mixer.
2. In the second bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add the flour mixture to the nutella mixture and mix it. Add smashed pears to the mixture.
3. Pour the mixture on parchment paper in the baking pan. Arrange pears on the top. Cut pears to the quarters and leave about 1 cm empty space from the stalk. From that 1 cm, cut the pear vertically to about 3 parts which will be spread and fan will be created. Sprinkle the pears with granulated sugar.
4. Bake on 190 degrees. I didn´t notice for how long it needs to be baked, but until the top is baked and the toothpick is still from the batter, it´s the same like brownie.
