No-bake Kinder Bueno Cheesecake

No-bake Kinder Bueno Cheesecake.  Does this cheesecake need an intro? Definitely not. Everybody knows the great taste of Kinder Bueno and if it´s joined in a cake, possible 12-pieced cake, what else you can wish for. This cheesecake is soo delicious that you wouldn´t be able to put your hands off it , I hope I don´t have to tell you that. And the best part, you don´t even need real Kinder Bueno for it. Of course, you can do it like me and put 4 Kinder Bueno bars inside of the cheesecake, put mini Kinder Bueno on the top and you get an upgraded cheesecake. I used Kinder Bueno, but it wasn´t necessary since the bars annoyed me and I couldn´t have cut them during eating. Thanks to white chocolate, hazelnut spread and hazelnuts, its taste is very similar to this of Kinder Bueno so you don´t even need to use the real one. Moreover, if we don´t count baking of hazelnuts (which you can make ahead), this cheesecake is no-bake. Try it and you definitely won´t regret it.

Ingredients
  • 140 g crushed biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 500 g whipping cream
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut spread
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 1 package gelatin powder (20 g)
  • 3 – 4 tbsp water
  • 2 package of Kinder Bueno (2 x 2 sticks) (optional)
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 12 mini Kinder Buenos (optional)
Instructions
  1. Put hazelnuts in a baking pan covered with baking paper. Put them in an oven and bake them for 10 – 15 minutes on 160 degrees. Take them out and let them cool. Then, using a kitchen towel or hands, remove their skins. Crush or blend them.
  2. Mix biscuits with butter, add the mixture to the bottom of a baking pan. Spread and press down the biscuit mixture over the bottom of pan using a spoon.
  3. In the bowl, whip whipping cream using a mixer.
  4. Incorporate mascarpone into whipped cream. Add crushed hazelnuts and hazelnut spread.
  5. Melt chocolate in water bath or in microwave oven. Pour it into the mixture and stir.
  6. Prepare gelatin according to directions – mix a package of gelatin powder with 3 - 4 tbsp of water. Heat it, until the gelatin melts down, then incorporate a few tablespoons of mixture. Pour the gelatin into the rest of mixture. Stir well.
  7. Pour the half of mixture over crushed biscuits, spread and put Kinder Bueno, broken in the middle of one stick, in the circle around the circumference (optional).
  8. Pour the second half of mixture and put cheesecake in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
