I was in mood for something healthy, so once again I did my favorite smoothie. Although this version probably isn´t very healthy considering the amount of sugar, but believe me, after 4 table spoons of sugar it wasn´t sweet at all. So if you think there´s a lot of sugar, you can add less sugar. I really like the combination of blueberries and cinnamon, it´s really interesting taste. Try on your own.
Recipe (for about 6 jars)
2 cups blueberries
1 cup raspberries
Handful of currants
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp maple syrup
6 tbsp icing sugar
1 cup milk
2 cup yogurt
Directions:
1. Wash fruit and smash it using mixer.
2. Add milk, yogurt, cinnamon, sugar and syrup.
