2 state exams are over, 2 more left, so what´s the best for recharging energy? Chocolate! I was really craving for it. Two chocolate loaf contains double amount of chocolate, white and dark chocolate and if it´s still not enough it´s poured with dark chocolate ganache. Besides its unbelievably great taste, after 20 minutes of preparing it is ready to be baked, now only 10 minutes for ganache. Overall time of preparation is 30 minutes (if I don´ t count time of baking) so it´s a great alternative when you´re busy but still want something sweet. Moreover, it consists of triple chocolate, so it fulfils all your chocolate desires. Perfect dessert for chocoholics!
Two chocolate loaf cake
Loaf cake with dark and white chocolate, poured with dark chocolate ganache

Ingredients
- 115 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g all purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 190 ml milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 130 g dark chocolate
- 1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- 130 g white chocolate
- Ganache:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 150 whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 45 g butter
Instructions

Beat butter with sugar until fluffy using a mixer. Add eggs and again.

In the next bowl, toss together flour, baking powder and salt.

Gradually add the half of flour mixture and half of milk into butter mixture, then second half of flour mixture and milk.

Divide the batter into two halves.

Add cocoa and chopped dark chocolate into the first half and vanilla extract and chopped white chocolate into the second one.

Cover baking pan with baking paper. Place white and dark batter alternately next to each other. When there are no batters left, use a toothstick to create a marble effect.

Bake on 190 degrees for 55 minutes. Let it cool and pour ganache over the top.

Ganache:

Melt chocolate in water bath. Incorporate whipping cream, vanilla extract and then butter into melted chocolate.
