These pancakes are so moist, that they left me speechless. You can serve them with syrup, yogurt or just like that. Personally, I love them just like that, with no additional topping. Until I took picture of them, the half of them was gone
Recipe (for 19 pieces)
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 large mashed bananas
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
2. In the second bowl, mix together milk, eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Add the mixture to the flour mixture.
3. Add smashed bananas.
4. Pour the batter of the amount of tea plate onto pan. Bake from both sides, flip when there are little bubbles on the top of pancake. Be careful, they are easily overbaked.
