I´m sure that smoothie boom has got you too, that it´s not just me. I bet that each of you has a proven recipe for this sweet treat. One of mine is a banana-nectarine smoothie.
Recipe (for about 4 jars)
500 ml yogurt
2 big bananas
2 nectarines
1 kiwi
2 tablespoons marple syrup
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
1. Peel nectarines and kiwi.
2. Smash fruit with mixer, add yougurt, syrup, sugar and chia seeds. Mix it together.
3. Serve it or put it in a fridge for some time
