Crepes with nutella and strawberries

I´m sure every one of you knows crepes. They´re favorite meal for breakfast or for lunch. This is a recipe for a basic batter, which can be varied in many ways. It can be said that this is a totally basic and no special recipe, but these recipes are needed as well, mainly as a start for different variations. Moreover, basic crepes with nutella and fruit can be special as well.

Simple and basic batter for crepes with nutella and strawberries which everyone can make.
Servings: 10
Ingredients
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • Nutella
  • Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Mix together flour, milk, eggs, salt and sugar. Whisk the batter using a small whisk to prevent from lumps.
  2. Let the batter chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour a little bit of vegetable oil on a pan and pour on it about 1 – 2 tbsp of batter (according to the size of pan).
  4. Tilt the pan from side to side so the batter gets everywhere and uniform circle is created.
  5. If one side of crepe is golden brown, turn the crepe to other side with wooden spoon and bake until golden brown as well.
  6. Bake every crepe like this.
  7. Spread nutella and chopped strawberries over chilled crepes.
