I believe I´m not the only one who had enough cakes during Christmas. But if you´re like me and want something sweet, here is a solution: yogurt parfait. This simple, quick and light dessert will take only few minutes and 5 (!) simple ingredients to make. Moreover, if you made a New Year´s resolution to eat healthy, this dessert is exactly for you.
Yogurt parfait with fruit
Simple, quick and healthy parfait with yogurt, whipping cream and fruit
Servings: 5 cups
Ingredients
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 400 g yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 – 4 tbsp icing sugar
- Fruit
Instructions

Beat whipping cream using a mixer.

Add yogurt, vanilla extract and sugar to whipped cream. Beat the mixture after every added ingredient.

Put a layer of cream, fruit, cream, fruit and cream in the glass cup. It can be topped with fruit.
