Although I said that I have time for time-consuming desserts during summer, a person isn´t always in mood for a half of the day spent in kitchen, especially in this hot weather. Even though smoothie can´t be considered a dessert, I don´t consider it for a one for sure, it is perfect in summer, a true refreshment. Moreover, in summer you can make it basically from anything, just put a bit of seasonal fruit into a blender, à la what a garden gave, add yogurt or milk and a smoothie is ready. Another advantage is that you can alter not just fruit, but also different sweeteners, flavors and milks, animal or vegetable. I love smoothies since they´re cheaper and healthier alternatives to flavored milks from markets. Specifically this strawberry mango smoothie, like the titles says, is made from strawberries and mango. You will need only 4 ingredients, whereas two of them are these fruits. Big yummy.
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 big mango
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey (+/- according to taste)

Peel mango and cut it into pieces.

Put strawberries, mango, yogurt and honey into blender. Blend it until liquid mixture.

Serve it.
