I was still in mood for the combination of apple and cinnamon, so another recipe was created. This time, apples, cinnamon and soy candy bar. I used cheaper version of Margot, Magrid, and it tastes amazing. I´m sorry for a bit late publishing of post, but this weekend was a bit more than stressful.

Apple muffins with cinnamon and soy candy bar
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 360 g granulated sugar
- 180 g soft butter
- 450 ml acidophilous milk
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 small peeled apples
- 200 g soy candy bar (Margot, Magrid, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix eggs with the granulated sugar and butter. Add acidophilous milk.
- In the second bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- Mix the mixtures together.
- Grate the apples, add them in the batter and mix it.
- Finally, add the soy candy bar, grated to medium size grater. Mix it all.
- Put about 2 – 3 tsp of batter in the muffin cups and bake on 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
