I was craving for chocolate again. As you probably know, the French are making the best chocolate cakes. So here is Gluten-free Creamy Chocolate Cake inspired by a French recipe. Originally, it shouldn´t even have been gluten-free but since there is no flour in the ingredients, only cornstarch and I accidently took gluten-free instead of normal cornstarch in a shop, it is eventually gluten-free cake. But it doesn´t change its amazing taste, that is said by a complete non-celiac person. It is really tasty, you won´t even notice that it is gluten-free. To compare its taste, it is similar to American brownies but it is not so oily, more like creamy and brittle.

Simple French cake without flour, but with lots of chocolate
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 eggs
- 4 tbsp gluten-free cornstarch
Instructions

Melt chocolate and butter in water bath.

Add sugar and vanilla extract. Set it aside and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Add one by one egg into mixture.

Add cornstarch. Stir well.

Pour batter in a round baking pan and bake on 190 degrees for 20 – 23 minutes.

Let it cool for few hours, preferably during over night.
