My favorite summer fruit, raspberries, is here. Although this year there isn´t much of raspberries, you can expect few recipes with them during a season. As a first one, these no-bake chocolate raspberry cheesecake cups. Although weather doesn´t say so, it is summer and no-bake dessert are quite popular now, so I made one too. In total, you will need only 7 ingredients and cups are really very tasty. You will prepare cups by coating a silicon muffin cup with two layers of chocolate. Then filling, add few raspberries, pour chocolate on the top and you will get good-looking, tasty creamy and fruit dessert with chocolate. Perfect for summer 🙂
No-bake chocolate raspberry cheesecake cups

Simple no-bake summer dessert with cream cheese, chocolate and raspberries
Servings: 12 cups
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 5 tbsp icing sugar
- 100 g raspberries
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions

Melt 200 g dark chocolate in water bath. Put about 1 – 2 tbsp of chocolate into a silicone muffin cup, apply it to the bottom and sides of the cup using a paintbrush. Put them in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Take them out and immediately apply second layer of chocolate in the same way. Put them in refrigerator again for about 15 minutes. Take them out, slowly remove the muffin cup and fill them with filling.

Filling:

Whip whipping cream. Add cream cheese, sour cream and icing sugar and mix it all. Put 1 tbsp of filling into a chocolate cup, press 3 – 5 raspberries into filling and put another layer of filling on them, so raspberries are covered. Filling should be a few millimeters below the top of cup. Continue in the same way until there are no cups left. Put cups in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Melt 100 g dark chocolate in water bath and pour it on filling so the top chocolate connects with chocolate on the edges. Put them in refrigerator overnight to make them firm.

Ahoj, ak si dávala dvojitú vrstvu čokolády tak by sa ti to nemalo zlomiť. Aj ja som sa bála len košík treba stiahnuť poriadne, takpovediac zrolovať dole, ale žiaden strach, čokoládový košík krásne výjde, len použi viac sily 🙂 mne nepraskol ani jeden, a to som sa na začiatku takisto bála, že ako ich odtiaľ dostanem 🙂

Ahoj, môžeš aj horúcu. Ja som robila s horúcou a myslím, že sa s ňou lepšou pracuje ako s vychladnutou, keďže horúca zájde do každej škáry. Napokon aj tak vychladne v chladničke 🙂

Prosim Vas a na tu druhu vrstvu,ktoru nanasam po 30minutach mam kolko rozpustit cokolady?znova 200g?
Mne sa zvýšila čokoláda z prvej dávky keďže tú som robila tenkú, túto čokoládu som potom iba znova roztopila, čiže na košíčky mi vyšlo 200 g čokolády a potom navrch ďalších 100 g.
veľmi – veľmi zaujímavé receptíky s veľmi milým až láskavým komentom – som rada, že som pri svojich potulkách za zaujímavými receptami objavila tie Tvoje….. nech sa darí
